How do I install and enable alerts?

Install from the Chrome Web Store. You can view your own search history immediately. To contribute to the shared pool or subscribe to route alerts, link your email in the extension, verify it, and wait for approval.

Which airlines are supported?

Currently only Cathay Pacific award seat searches; the extension operates only on that site. More airlines planned. FeiFinder is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Cathay Pacific or any airline.

How often are alerts sent?

You can set 1 daily time slot now (expanding to 3 later); max one digest per slot. This is a scheduled digest, not real-time—seats may be booked before you receive the email.

Will others see what I search?

Only route, date, cabin, seat count, and miles enter the shared pool, and they are not linked to you in the pool. Your own search history is linked to a random device ID on your device and is personal data.

Does it read my other websites?

No. The extension only declares permissions for the booking site domain and does not request all-sites access. You can verify this on the Chrome Web Store page.

What is FeiFinder?

FeiFinder lets you search award seats as usual while the extension automatically logs results that appear on screen. Approved users' searches are pooled together to match everyone's subscribed routes. You subscribe by setting origin, destination, dates, cabin, and minimum seats; the system emails a digest during your chosen time slot listing newly available seats that match your criteria. Raw responses are parsed on your device—only route, date, cabin, seat count, and miles are uploaded. Built-in holiday calendar (weekends and public holidays from multiple countries, offline) helps you plan trips and avoid peak seasons.
