Hi Unwire Launch, I’m the founder of FavCRM. We just launched FavCRM: WhatsApp & Loyalty for Shopify. The goal is simple: help WhatsApp-first merchants recover abandoned carts, run campaigns, manage replies, and build loyalty without stitching together multiple apps. A few choices we made deliberately: official WhatsApp Business API only, flat pricing instead of per-contact tiers, and Meta message fees shown at cost with no markup. The app is still early, so I’d love feedback from Shopify merchants in Hong Kong and other WhatsApp-heavy markets: what is the most painful part of using WhatsApp for sales and support today?
